Extra virgin olive oil

from our own terroir

DSCN1898_edited.jpg

Our olive groves lie at 350 m above sea level, in a natural area at the heart of the garrigue, the olive tree's favourite landscape.

We farm several hectares, growing only French and local olive varieties. We are also restoring an old, hundred-year-old olive grove.

On this land, in a protected area free from intensive farming, we chose agroecology from the very start, working with the local ecosystems. Our production has been certified organic since September 2024.

The olives are harvested the traditional way, mostly by hand or with hand rakes and nets.

Every stage, from processing to bottling, takes place on the estate.

Most of the harvest happens early in the ripening season, from late September, to produce a "green fruity" style of oil.

This style of oil has herbaceous aromas, a pleasant bitterness and a high antioxidant content, which preserves as much of its nutritional value as possible.

From production to processing
for a 100% natural product

From the outset, we wanted to process our olives ourselves to guarantee traceability and produce our own terroir-driven oil. Our compact, eco-friendly oil mill allows for continuous cold extraction, without any additives, resulting in a 100% natural product.

Our oil is used more as a condiment, namely cold on starters, as a finishing touch on a dish coming out of the oven or to enhance the flavor of steamed vegetables.

Our range consists of different single-varietal oils from the terroir such as Verdale du Roussillon and a "Tradition" blend.

We sell our oil exclusively through direct sales on the property .

We also organize visits to the olive grove and the mill, as well as introductory sessions to oil tasting.
